While a conventional build will take around 6-10 months of on-site work to complete, if you opt for a modular build the construction time on-site is reduced to just 6-9 weeks!

Over 80% of the building work of a modular home is completed inside a purpose-designed factory. This means that compared to a home built onsite, you don’t have to worry about the potential for bad weather leading to delays in the construction process.
Another benefit of construction taking place within a factory environment is the ability to store and stockpile building materials so they are ready for use. Stock levels can be maintained products ordered in advance, and then safely stored out of the weather inside the factory.
How we build the house?
OML Modular started the service from the conceptual design of the user and provided a full set of project construction design drawings, material procurement, factory production, transportation of prefabricated modular house, and project site erection, a total of 4 months to complete the delivery of a 150 square meters townhouse.
