Safer Working Conditions
OML’s modular construction significantly improves overall safety by removing approximately 90% of construction activity from the site and minimizing the need for additional vehicles on location.
We demand the highest standard from our suppliers and we constantly revise our project management methods and tools. We also only use the highest quality materials. Our buildings are built to the highest standards, often exceeding the relevant building regulations.
OML Modular construction provides safer working conditions.
OML Modular builds within 10,000 square meters of factory-based conditions allow for safety requirements to be easily met and policed, which leads to better build quality through improved quality control procedures.
Not only is there a reduced risk of slips, trips, and falls – particularly as work at height is reduced – but there is also a reduction in onsite activity, thus ensuring health and safety always remain a top priority from start to finish.
Furthermore, if necessary, OML’s factory operations can continue 24/7 with less risk of noise and disruption to workers. Work is also unaffected by the weather and other environmental delays, which could result in workers being injured.
How we build the house?
OML Modular started the service from the conceptual design of the user and provided a full set of project construction design drawings, material procurement, factory production, transportation of prefabricated modular house, and project site erection, a total of 4 months to complete the delivery of a 150 square meters townhouse.

Our fully automated production line.
OML Modular adopts the model of automated production of assembly line robotic arms and produces modular houses 24 hours a day through unmanned factories, which greatly reduces production costs and improves production efficiency.
