Pipes and wires are pre-buried inside the wall in advance, and the wires are quickly connected through aviation plugs, which improves the assembly efficiency at the project site.

Inside the wall, there is an insulating cotton layer, a physical sound insulation layer, and a one-way waterproof and breathable membrane, which can effectively provide moisture-proofing, heat preservation, and sound insulation.

We recommend concrete foundations (pre-embedded bolts) at the project site. However, from the point of view of improving the efficiency of the project, we can provide prefabricated floor slab pre-fabricated modules. We use the steel structure + CLT method to provide high-performance prefabricated floor slab modules. All that is required at the project site is a good foundation for the footings.

The roofs are also prefabricated. All roofs are evenly divided into pieces of prefabricated roof modules. At the project site, all that is needed is a good lap joint between the roof and the wall and the roof module, and the house can be installed quickly.

Kit homes require on-site construction, which has a longer project cycle, requires more labor, and results in higher costs.

You can build with OML Modular Homes as long as your property allows it. Please contact your local council to find out the restrictions that apply, the amount of land that can be covered, and the number of dwellings that can be installed.

Our plant can produce an average of 30 standard walls per day, which is enough to build a home with 1,500 square feet of floor space. Our production capacity is 300 homes (1,500 square feet) per year.

Pricing varies from product to product and is quoted based on the customer’s needs.
The base price for our townhouses is AUD 800 per square meter. Prices will increase depending on the customization needs of the customer.

OML currently has two types of products:
1. lightweight timber frame products are mainly suitable for building townhouses, granny flats, and other timber frame houses.
2. Lightweight steel frame houses which are mainly suitable for building temporary project buildings such as site dormitories and project site offices.

Modular homes are built quickly – it usually takes about 10-13 weeks from the time construction begins at the factory to the time you move in. This timeframe includes less than 4 weeks for material procurement, less than 4 weeks for production, less than 3 weeks for shipping, and less than 2 weeks for project site erection (4-person erection).

All of our products have passed 3 times quality qualification tests to the level of Australian standard certification. If problems occur in rare cases, we will provide door-to-door service by our local team. Solve all kinds of problems encountered by users.

Yes, because the OML product is a standard module and the linkage between modules is uniform, customers can upgrade the product at any time according to their requirements.

We ship to the project country by sea in standard 40HQ containers. It usually takes 3 weeks to ship from China to Australia.

Normally we recommend that the client takes care of the transportation themselves, we can provide information on suitable freight forwarders and if the client needs us to take care of the transportation, we will add 10% to the freight forwarder’s quote as a service charge.
