Build Modular on difficult blocks
OML specializes in building homes on a variety of lots that are level, terraced, or irregularly shaped.
Each home built by OML can be customized and can be carefully planned and built to fit the specifics of the land.
Building on sloping land can be tricky, but not for OML Modular Builders.
The best views are often found high up, so it’s no surprise if a piece of high ground catches your eye.
Sometimes, those looking to build a home on a steep lot are often turned away by builders and developers because it’s “too hard.” Building a home on a sloping site can be tricky, but that’s no reason to hold you back. That’s one of the benefits of using OML modular homes. Each modular home built by OML is customizable, carefully planned, and built to be specifically designed for the land.
OML homes can withstand earthquakes, moisture, fire, corrosion, storms, termites, and insects without cracking, rotting, or warping. Sloping or uneven land also offers the opportunity to be creative with home design. However, if you have any concerns, it’s best to contact your local council to find out what restrictions apply. Don’t give up on your dream just because it’s on a slope. As long as your property allows building, you can build with OML modular homes.
How we build the house?
OML Modular started the service from the conceptual design of the user and provided a full set of project construction design drawings, material procurement, factory production, transportation of prefabricated modular house, and project site erection, a total of 4 months to complete the delivery of a 150 square meters townhouse.

Our fully automated production line.
OML Modular adopts the model of automated production of assembly line robotic arms and produces modular houses 24 hours a day through unmanned factories, which greatly reduces production costs and improves production efficiency.
